• A solid mass of silicon rubber is called as pad. It is available in different shape, size & hardness. All the pads are tapered & sloped at the side. The taper pad influence the ink pick up, ink transfer, print quality & print size. Even the surface tension of the pad influences the print quality. A new pad with smooth surface has good ink picks up & transfer property.
• It is very important to use the correct shape and size of the pads in relation to the printing image, try to use the pad with the largest possible volume to obtain best results without distortion. Due to high mechanical deformation a pad of the small volume may not give good quality print on the object. Also because of the mechanical stress the life of the pad is shortened.
• Use a pointed and hard pad to reach small characters and details. Soft pads create air bubbles.

Index Table for feeding parts to be printed on to tooling with exact registration. The high precise drive unit is pneumatically operated and registred through ball bearing rows. The speed as well as buffering is regulated by nozzles.

Multi print is automation module to feed printing products for single & multi colour printing special having large volume of articals. Movement drive through a pneumatic cylinders .Index position of all printing stations are independent.

Printing Linear is automation module to feed printing products to Printing system. Hard anodized transport pallet is guided between adjustable ball bearing through a hardened and grinded registration block underneath each plate. The speed as well as buffering can be regulated.

Oval Index Table is automation module to feed printing products for single & multi colour printing. Movement drive through a special chain and via pneumatic cylinders. Index position of all printing.
